Hey Chris, my name is Michael Sparks and I lived in San Francisco from the early 80s to 2010 when I moved to Decatur, Alabama after finding my birth mom. I am now living in Clearwater, Fl. While I was in Decatur, my new-found sister took me to a thrift store there. I found a San Francisco Giants throwback jacket for $10! I was giddy with excitement, being a huge Giants fan. I remember the woman who owned the shop as a Mrs. Odom. She said her son was given the jacket by a Chris Brock. I really didn’t think much of it until now and did a little research. I came up with John Odom, the tragic pitcher people called BatMan. Mrs Odom said her son didn’t want her to sell it but there it was. Do you recall any of this? I wear it with pride to Rays games! But it’s better suited for San Francisco weather. Happy belated birthday. Thanks for any feedback.!
